| Feb 16, 2024 | 11:12 PM UTC | We experienced an issue that impacted multiple products including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Cloud Search, Google Voice, Google Tasks, Google Docs and Chrome OS. Our engineering team completed the mitigation actions and the backlog of the changes has cleared up for most of the customers. A small subset of customers may still experience delays with previously implemented changes to their workspace products and we expect full resolution within the next 24 hours. During the issue customers experienced longer than expected delays (sometimes over 24 hours) in propagating changes made to various Workspace products. These delays in some cases may have resulted in errors. The affected changes are not limited to enterprise setting changes. If changes are taking longer than 24 hours going forward or you continue to see errors, please open a case with the Support Team and we will work with you until this issue is resolved. |
