The pizzeria, which takes its name from acclaimed chefs and co-owners Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, embraces natural fermentation and uses ingredients of the highest quality—including Bianco DiNapoli organic tomatoes and Frankies 457 Extra Virgin Olive Oil—to produce pies that thrill while honoring tradition.
