We had a fantastic tour, made all the better by Dave’s expert knowledge and helpful guidance around the streets. All four of us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 13 and 10) found the pace perfect, the local facts fascinating and the whole tour hugely fun and enjoyable. A real highlight of our week and a great way to spend our first day in Paris.

Very professionally run, not some fly-by-night operation where they just get you to the security point and say see-you-later. The tour guide Jess was very knowledgable and pointed out some interesting things even on the short walk over to the Tower. Once up on the 2nd floor, she pointed out some interesting places on all four sides along with some history of each, and gave some tips on the best way to get back down from the summit afterwards (the tour does not go to the summit because it is to small up there to manage a group). Once the guided part was over, we were on our own to to take the elevator to the top and get the high view. Even on a weekday the ticket line was reeeaaalllly long so it was well worth it just to skip that, and having the tour guide was a nice bonus! Highly recommended.
We had such a fun experience with OJ. He picked us up from our apartment and helped us navigate the metro to get to the Palace of Versailles. He was patient with our 3 kids and our pace. We picked the perfect day to go as it rained in the morning while we were in the palace and stopped by the time we rode to the market to get items for our picnic and then bike ride. It was fantastic getting a perspective of the palace grounds via bike. OJ was extremely informative and easy to converse with. He was a 5 star guide!
We did this on our first day in Paris, and it was a great way to get our bearings and see the city. Dave was fantastic and great with our four children. Highly recommend!
We’ve toured three times with Fat Tire in London and Paris, and I have given them 5 stars every time.
Really enjoyed our trip to Versailles with Fat Tire tours. Nice balance of seeing the palace with other activities. When asked my kids are saying it was their favorite part of our trip.
I did this tour 15 years ago as a young adult and loved being able to bring my 11 and 14 year old back to do the same tour. We loved it!
We chose to do a private tour for our family of four. The guide was fantastic. Very organized, made us feel perfectly safe biking through Paris, was fun to chat with and provided fantastic information and insight into the history of the city. Highly recommend.
The Versailles Bike Tour was a highlight of our trip to Paris! We LOVED the incredible market filled with fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, bread and flowers, and exploring the grounds of Versailles was such a memorable and special experience. Our tour guide, Richard, was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend this amazing tour.
