Good to Know
  • All participants must also bring a valid form of ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license, identity card, student card, etc).
  • We ask that all guests arrive 10-15 minutes early. Due to the exclusive nature of our skip the line access, we do not have the luxury of waiting for guests, or catching them up after the fact.
  • Children up to the age of 1 do not need a reservation if they are carried by a parent and enter without a stroller.
  • As an active place of worship, guests are required to have their shoulders and knees covered inside the churches and cathedrals we enter on tour. It is sufficient to bring along a light scarf or cardigan and put them on prior to entering the holy areas. All guests are also required to remove hats and sunglasses. We cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress.
  • Due to new security measures bags of any size, food and drinks are NOT allowed in the Museum. If necessary, your guide will escort you to the security lockers to leave them during check-in.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the Last Supper Museum

Meeting Point

The tour meets at Piazzale Luigi Cadorna n.14, 20123 Milan. Look for your guide on the right side of the main entrance of Cadorna Train Station, near Bar Marinoni. The closest subway station is “Cadorna FN” (lines 1 and 2).

Can I bring my bag/backpack inside the Cathedral?

Bulky bags, large backpacks, and luggage are not allowed inside the Cathedral.

Does this tour include a break for lunch?

Yes, this tour includes a 60-90 minute break for lunch on your own. Please note the cost of lunch is not included in the tour, but your guide will be happy to give recommendations on where to eat.

Where is the meeting point?

The tour meets outside a store called “Football Team” at the back of the Duomo. The address is Piazza del Duomo 20, 20122 Milan. The closest subway station is “Duomo” (lines 1 and 3). Look for your guide wearing a Fat Tire Tours t- shirt and holding a sign.

What is the number to call if I am lost and trying to find the meeting point?

What is your weather policy? What if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine, and we encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and plan your dress accordingly.

In the summer months, please prepare for the heat by bringing/wearing adequate sun protection, and staying hydrated. Even if you are accustomed to high temperatures, air-conditioning is not always available in Italy.

Are reservations required?

Yes, reservations are required for all tours.

Is this tour offered in any other languages, or only English?

All scheduled tours are in English, but private tours can sometimes be scheduled in other languages, given we have a tour guide who speaks the language of your choice.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re happy to offer free changes and 100% refund up to 24 hours before tour* Failure to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure may result in forfeited travel funds. Fare difference may apply.

How long before my tour should I arrive?

The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.
