    Introduction

    I

n the contemporary world, where globalization continues to blur traditional boundaries, cultural diplomacy emerges as a vital tool for navigating the complexities of international relations. Cultural diplomacy refers to the strategic use of cultural exchanges, initiatives, and collaborations to build relationships and foster mutual understanding between nations. By showcasing a nation's cultural heritage, artistic achievements, and intellectual pursuits, cultural diplomacy enhances a country's soft power and contributes to shaping international perceptions.

Cultural diversity is a central aspect of international relations that cannot be overlooked. Nations are interconnected more than ever before, engaging in cross-border collaborations on various fronts such as trade, politics, and culture. As such, diplomatic engagements often involve navigating complex cultural landscapes that shape nations' interactions with each other (Ahmed, 2020; Al-Rawashdeh et al, 2017). Cultural diversity encompasses the different values, norms, practices, and beliefs held by nations and peoples, which influence the dynamics of international relations.

The complex nature of cultural complexity presents both challenges and opportunities. On one hand, differences in cultural practices can lead to misunderstandings, stereotyping, or even conflict when not approached with respect and awareness. On the other hand, embracing cultural diversity has the potential to foster mutual understanding, cooperation, and peacebuilding across borders (Saaida, 2023; UNESCO, 2022). Navigating these complexities requires a complexed approach that accounts for the unique cultural contexts
