    If you are a mid-career professional, chances are you have probably gone through quite a lot of changes since the beginning of your career. If not, it’s just as likely that you’re just now beginning to consider a change.

    SEO Analyst. Digital Strategist. Social Media manager. Given the ever-changing landscape of technology, jobs that didn’t exist 20 years ago are now flooding the market. And it’s become common for individuals to reach the middle of their careers and feel stalled, stuck in a rut or that they’ve been blown off course — because the course keeps changing rapidly and dramatically.

    This is especially the case for people who have started out in career paths that are becoming less relevant for the same reason. Positions they wanted twenty years ago are now obsolete or automated. They take a step back and look around to find that the job market has changed drastically.
