      INTRODUCTION

      Infidelity is one of the biggest marriage destroyers and a lot of times, even the strongest of marriages can’t even survive an affair. Trust is one of the pillars of a healthy marriage relationship and if you're dealing with a partner who is cheating on you, it can bring instability to every aspect of your life.

      Infidelity/cheating is something that you are often worried about as a married individual. You have this fear around, what cheating is, will I get cheated on, how do I cope with cheating, and so on.

      What cheating is, is a great question and the reason being that the answer is entirely relative and subjected to the offender's opinion.

      Some people think cheating is sex, some think it is emotional and so many people today more than ever think cheating can also find itself on social media. If you like someone's comment on Instagram, if you comment on someone else's photograph, if you slide into someone's DMS. So many people think that online can also become a very big platform or playground for cheating and where cheating can take place.

      The act of cheating in short is just entirely relative and I feel this is important for you in your relationships because the more you know about how you feel about cheating, the more you know how to set boundaries and realistic expectations with your partner.

      Now looking at cheating in the angle considered by most men, cheating occurs in marriage when they are involved sexually with another woman asides from whom they are legally married. However, cheating in marriage goes beyond this.
