Acknowledgements
This book has passed through several hands, too numerous to mention, but I consider my appreciation a disservice if I fail to mention just a few.
Primarily, I thank God Almighty for the conceptualisation, motivation, and courage to get started despite mitigating circumstances.
My well of gratitude goes to my wonderful family and close friends for their understanding and unrelenting support, most especially, my son, Joseph, for missing out on mom–son time.
I’m also grateful to editor Kate McCarthy, all the way from South Africa, for her input and eagle-eyeing
every detail.
While thanking all, I accept full responsibility for any inadequacy that may inadvertently creep into this book.
