    The ketogenic diet is the latest trend to grace our tables, but what exactly is it? In the short, it is a diet that is scientifically proven to send your body careening into Ketosis, a state of body-fat burning glory like no other.     For one, it’s an incredibly easy diet to follow. That’s because this diet isn’t based on simple caloric restriction but off of carbohydrate restriction. That means you can still eat some of your favorite recipes while still following the diet and losing weight.

    Second, the ketogenic diet works. The combination of low-carb and deliciously high fat is proven to kick-start your weight loss. If you take it a step further and implement an exercise plan, it will increase your results, but the diet works on its own as well.
