Introduction
May we get the jobs of our dreams. Away from slave driver boss. Away from tiresome clients. Away from deadly deadlines. Very very impressive pay packet. Four-day work week. Vacations for two months every year. Medical insurance, retirement bonus, 200% salary increase every Christmas...
Lead me to such a job! But alas, this is a pipe dream.
If you are an employer or a boss, this book is not for you because you know everything about interviewing future employees! You have been involved in a large number of interviews during your career as being the boss and throwing your weight around. This book is for all of those people, who are looking for their dream jobs, and still do not manage to make the grade.
This book is of course written by a person who has been on the right side of the interviewing table, a number of times, so of course I can tell you all about the sort of questions asked to you by your employer, and what they expect from you. Sometimes you have to read the body language of the employer to see whether he is going of taking an interview just because he has to do so because he has already chosen the right candidate – his wife’s cousin’s brother-in-law’s nephew – to be inducted in the firm right then.
And of course, at the very beginning of my career, I had to go through a large number of interviews, so I can tell you about how best to ace your interview, each time, every time.

Introduction
May we get the jobs of our dreams. Away from slave driver boss. Away from tiresome clients. Away from deadly deadlines. Very very impressive pay packet. Four-day work week. Vacations for two months every year. Medical insurance, retirement bonus, 200% salary increase every Christmas…
Remember, as a future employee, the boss is always looking for a person from he can get the maximum of output with the minimum of financial outlay. This is, alas, a part of human nature as well as a part of business ethics. That is why he is going to be looking for a person who has the most experience, the skills required, the knowledge, and if he can get that person at a marginally lower salary, he is going to grab on to that person, and hold on for dear life.
On the other hand, there are some bosses who prefer newbies, especially those fresh out of school or college or those who are desperate to earn some money in order to pay off their student loans or car loans or whatever mortgages or loans they have taken, just because the rest of their friends have been doing that to finance their own studies or to buy their own car or whatever.
Firstly, you as an employee, never should put yourself in a position, where your desperation shows, and this means not showing through word or manner that you are going to do anything, to get this job, because you know the paycheck. Once your boss knows about this, you have had it. You are now a slave, which he can exploit as much as possible, and of which he is going to take full advantage, all through the purgatory time you spend in that office.
Unfortunately, for the millennial generation, especially the generation Z, and those who have just got out of school with their diplomas in their hands, where are the jobs? The answer is, nowhere. That is reality. There is no place in the world, where you are going to get a job, without your employer asking for experience. And how are you going to get the experience, without taking up a job in that particular field? And there is nobody willing enough, to employ you, without the experience that he asks of you.
The more we add to our knowledge base…
So what do you do under such circumstances? This is where you are going to take the decisions which are going to set out your future professional path in life. You have to add to your qualifications, especially adding enough of experience time, to your CV. But you say, nobody’s willing to give me employment as a secretary. What is to stop you from taking evening classes in a secretary school and brushing up your shorthand and type writing skills?
You can also teach yourself the skills at home, as long as you have the dedication and energy to put in that effort. A large number of us really could not be bothered because
