He also provides training on self-compassion for hospitals, nonprofit organizations and schools to help participants eliminate stress, become resilient and build community through his company, Organizational Growth, Inc. Finally, he teaches Interpersonal Communication at Temple University.
After spending most of his life putting aside his own needs to help others, Nate Terrell was inspired by his daughter (who has a form of autism called Rett Syndrome) to choose happiness and his teenage son to take great care of himself, be his own best friend and relish every moment. As a result, he has even more energy to serve others and help create a better world. Now he wants to pass on what he has learned about achieving self-compassion to you.
Nate Terrell lives with his wife, Dr. Anita Foeman, and three children in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, where he has a home-based therapy practice. He can be reached at [email protected].view less
