OUR PLOTTER OF THE MONTH

PLOTTER OF THE MONTH

Do you have an allotment or veg patch at home and when did you start growing veg?

I've had an allotment plot for almost four years now. I started witha half plot, which I thought would be too big for me. Within six months I'd run out of space and applied for a larger plot. I waited a few months and then moved to a bigger plot. Within another year I applied for a second. I now have two full plots: the grapevine plot and the fig and olive plot. I was inspired by my grandfather; he grew vegetables and beautiful roses in the garden and my great-uncle had ancommunity of like-minded people who share ideas with each other.
