Autumn is probably the busiest of all the seasons for witches like me as we race to gather all the fruits and vegetables for the coming winter. There’s so much to do in the garden and yet a lot of our precious time is spent in the kitchen, brewing up jams, jellies and marmalades, pickling this and that, and creating fruit liqueurs to give as presents for Christmas and Yule.
