EMMAUS, Pa. — Alecia McFadden was told she would likely never be able to have children, but those odds were no match for her strong will.
“Now, I have my two little girls, my two mini-me’s, I go shopping with, go get my nails done with, it’s awesome,” McFadden said.
She was born with biliary atresia, a rare liver disease. She received a transplant when she was just 2 years old.
