Drink Driving
Drink Driving is when someone gets behind the wheel of a vehicle after consuming alcohol. In Scotland MSP's have voted in favour of cutting the limit of alcohol you can legally drink and then drive. Next year anyone caught driving with 50mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood- down from 80mg- will be breaking the law. The Scottish Government says anyone who drinks more than a pint of standard strength beer, a small spirit or glass of wine and then drives would be in danger of breaking the law.
