Kerry Katona appeared to take a veiled dig at ex fiancé Ryan Mahoney as she danced wildly in a joyous Instagram clip on Friday.
The reality star, 44, confirmed she had split from the fitness trainer, 36, earlier this week after a 'breach of trust' and revealed he'd moved out.
Taking to social media Kerry threw her arms up in the air while shaking her stuff to Adele's Rolling In The Deep and glanced into the camera while miming the line 'we could have had it all'.
The former I'm A Celeb winner then revealed she had had been for therapy with This Morning stars The Speakmans and 'couldn't remember the last time she woke up so happy'.
Writing: 'Would actually help if I even knew the words!! My kids hate the fact I’m such a morning person but it’s been awhile since I’ve woke up happy and in love with myself and knowing myself Worth [sic],'

'Seriously I know not everybody is into therapy and it’s been a very very long time since I’ve sat down with @thespeakmans but I strongly suggest that EVERYBODY has some sort of therapy!'.
She continued: 'I’ve been through so much trauma in my life from a very young age, especially in the last 10 years that I haven’t really dealt with and then to the fact I’ve been questioning my own personality! I’m actually a f*****g hoot!'
'Yes I am completely bonkers but I’m loyal faithful and I would do anything for anybody and I love extremely hard. The main thing now is I need to love me even harder. There’s still a lot more work to do on myself and that is why I am so grateful to have @thespeakmans and to work on these schemes'.
'Yesterday it was like being back at school and being taught about every trauma I have been through and my reactions to actions cannot wait for my next session @thespeakmans have a beautiful and blessed day everybody'.
She later enjoyed a spot of retail therapy and dinner with lookalike daughter Heidi, 17, and shared with followers a slew of beaming snaps.
Kerry and Ryan, who have endured a rocky romance, seemingly went their separate ways four years after getting engaged earlier this month.
However she then denied the separation insisting it was all a joke. But now she has definitively said in a new interview that they are 'no longer together'.
She told Ok! Magazine: 'Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house. We are no longer together and It's been a really tough week - I never in a million years thought this would happen.

'Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.. I don't know if we'll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much.
'I feel like everything has heaped on recently and it's so much to deal with, I am really struggling. But I know I can get through it no matter what happens, I've been through break-ups before and come out the other side, so we just need to see what happens.'
It comes after she posted about her mother Sue's hospital dash, which saw one person commenting: 'So much love to you both and and is the Dr single?', to which Kerry replied replying: 'No but I am!'.
Following shocked fans racing to the comments, Kerry took to her Instagram Stories to put an end to the speculation after sitting vigil at her parent's hospital beside.
Alongside a screen grab of the initial comment she wrote: 'This is not me confirming I have split with @Ryanmajoney at all!!!,'
'This was me, my mum and my best friend having a laugh about the Doctor trying to cheer my mother up!!'.
Mother-of-four Kerry had previously revealed that she'd offered Ryan a 'free pass' to have a baby with someone else.
Earlier this year, she admitted she felt 'unsupported' by Ryan and had temporarily moved in with her mother as cracks in their relationship began to show.
At the time, she said: 'I want to say a massive thank you to my mum, who has been my rock during the last couple of weeks. I've been staying at hers and she's really looked after me.'
'If I'm honest, I've felt more lonely than ever during my recovery. Ryan was away getting a tattoo in London when I went into hospital and I haven't seen him since my surgery over a week ago.
'That upset me, because it made me feel unsupported and I could have done with the emotional support. I'm always the 'strong mum' in our house and this week I really wanted to be looked after and have him here, but I had my mum instead.'
However it seemed things between them had been patched up in July, where she addressed their turbulent relationship and admitted she 'couldn't be without him'.
Alongside a loved-up snap of the couple, Kerry wrote: 'Another date might with my man. Honestly we've had our ups and downs but I wouldn't want to be without this man. I love you! I know it's soppy but I do.'

Around the same time she revealed she's been forced to cancel their Vegas wedding due to her children wanting to be present.
Kerry, who's been married three times, joked that the kids had already seen her walk down the aisle a few times, so could sit this one out.
She told OK!: 'Ryan and I were looking to go to Vegas to finally get married but Molly and Lilly said, 'Don't you dare do that without us'.
'I told them they'd already been at too many of my weddings! That put those plans on the back burner'.
In February Kerry revealed her baby dream was over and admitted she had given Ryan 'a free pass' to have a baby with another woman.
Kerry explained: 'I don't want to deprive him in fact, I've given him a pass and said, 'If this is something you want to pursue, leave me now!'
'I never want someone to not have that feeling of having their own child. But I feel like I should be enough for a man.'
After making the claims, Kerry revealed she had a change of heart and did in fact want to have a sixth child. Kerry is a mum of five but shares no biological children with Ryan
She has daughters Molly, 22 and Lilly, 20 with her ex husband Brian McFadden who she was married to from 2002–2006.
She is also mum to Heidi, 17, and Max, 15, with ex husband Mark Croft and eight-year-old DJ from her relationship with the late George Kay.
Following a recent hospital scan, Kerry has explained how she was told by doctors that she can still carry a child which has prompted some conversations with Ryan about trying for a baby.
The Atomic Kitten star had been in hospital following a cancer scare and explained in her OK! Magazine column: 'When I went for my scan last week and got the all-clear, I was told that I've still got follicles – meaning I could have another baby.'
'I don't think I would have another one, but Ryan keeps changing his mind! If he wants another one then that's fine, but we need to get a move on.'
She added thought that she wouldn't want to carry another child herself and would explore surrogacy after her difficult birth with youngest daughter DJ 'traumatised' her eldest children.
Last year Kerry, who has been engaged to Ryan since 2022, admitted there are times she changes her mind about tying the knot because her track record is 'abysmal'.

Telling GB news: 'I was married at age 21 as everyone knows, and then I rushed into another marriage.
'My third marriage, my husband passed away, so I'm actually a widow. But I've been with Ryan now for five years and I am an old romantic, I believe in that happily ever after.
'Just because it didn't work out the first time, or the second, or the third time, does that mean I've got to be on my own for the rest of my life? No.'
Kerry also said Ryan plans to adopt her youngest child, DJ [Dylan Jorge] who was fathered by her late husband George Kay.
She said: 'I have five children, I've got three children at home so I also think about security as well.
'DJ, my youngest, she's only ever known Ryan. Her dad died when she was only five, she's only ever known Ryan.
'So we're going to go down the adoption route as well with DJ. But also, if anything was to happen to me, I want to make sure that security is there for my children to remain with Ryan and by being married, that all helps.
