Friendly exes Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie share a warm embrace as they reunite to watch son's soccer game
Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie were an item for about seven years before decided to split in 2014, which ended in divorce two years later.
But on Friday the former couple showed they still have a friendly relationship when they reunited to watch their son, Luca's soccer game in Los Angeles.
In fact, the actress and the former NHL hockey player went as far as to share a hug and a few smiles when they first met up before the game got underway.
And in another sign they are on good terms with each other, Comrie even helped with his ex-wife's daughter Banks, whom she shares with current husband Matthew Koma, by helping their four-year-old put her shoes on.
The proud parents arrived separately, and then the former Edmonton Oilers star made his way over to Duff's SUV where she was trying to get two of her three kids situated.

Duff, 35, was standing just outside her parked vehicle with Banks, as her ex-husband made his way to her.
The former Lizzie McGuire star kept it casual and cool in the fashion department in skin-tight black leggings and a matching shirt and stylish jacket.
The Houston, Texas native also wore brown running sneakers, and had her long blonde tresses pulled back into a ponytail with a part in the middle.
After hearing Comrie make his presence known the two shared hellos, along with a sweet and cordial hug, all while they both smiled.
The Edmonton, Alberta, Canada native, who now lives in Los Angeles, wore light brown pants with a white hoodie over a matching t-shirt.
The former professional hickey center also sported a pair of white sneakers, and had his dark brown hair styled short and over his ears.
After the soccer matchup, the actress and singer made her way to Luca to congratulate him on a good game by giving his a kiss and a big hug.
The 11-year-old often has both of his parents at his sports events over the years.

Family matters: Along with Luca, Duff is also the proud mother to daughters Banks, four, and Mae, two, that she shares with second husband Matthew Koma, 36
Duff and Comrie began dating back in 2007 and eventually decided to tie-the-knot three years later.
But eventually the couple decided their best way forward was to separate and get a divorce, which was finalized in 2016.
The How I Met Your Father star would move on and begin dating Koma a year later, that would lead to them getting married in 2019, after the arrival of their daughter Banks.
Daughter Mae, two, would make her grand arrival in 2021, a couple of years after they exchanged their vows.
Koma (born Matthew Bair), 36, is a Grammy-winning musician who has collaborated with the likes of Duff, Hardwell, Zeed, Miriam Bryant, Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso, Afrojack, Tiësto, , Vicetone, Ryan Tedder of One Republic and Keith Urban.
