Social media went wild with accusations that Kamala Harris was drunk in her first video message to supporters after her stunning presidential election loss to Donald Trump.

The Vice President released a video where she slurred her words and her eyes were half shut and appeared glazed over, at times. There is no evidence that Harris was under the influence.

Users on X edited the video or used AI to manipulate the video of Harris holding or sitting next to a bottle of alcohol – and one shows her smoking a cigar.

Harris has not emerged much publicly since her defeat on November 5, and when she did for a nearly 10-minute message on Tuesday to her supporters critics excoriated her for 'bragging' about wasting her donors' money.

Multiple social media users called the vice president a 'drunk aunt at Thanksgiving.'

'When you're by yourself minding your own business at Thanksgiving and your drunk Aunt finds you…' one user wrote on X.

Another said: 'Channeling the drunk aunt who's a total mess but chases you down after every holiday dinner to give you unwanted life advice on your way out the door.'

The video was released two days before Thanksgiving as Harris holed up in California for the holiday.

'Thanksgiving dinner with 'Drunk Aunty Kamala' is going to be a downer,' a social media account noted.

Meghan McCain called for Democrats to remove the short clip of the video that they posted to their X account.

'Take this down,' McCain wrote. 'She's still the sitting Vice President for Gods sake - this is awful. Like really, really awful.'

Others were more critical of the message she was delivering, claiming she was rubbing in her supporters' faces the massive $20 million in debt she ended her campaign with despite record-breaking fundraising figures.

'As Kamala delivers a message to her dejected supporters bragging about how they raised nearly $1.5 billion for her failed campaign… David Plouffe finally admits the 'campaign's internal polling never had Harris ahead of Trump,' conservative figure Charlie Kirk wrote on X in reference to Harris' senior adviser.

He added: 'It was all a giant scam.'

As Trump filled out his Cabinet with a flurry of announcements in the weeks after the election, Harris decamped to Hawaii for a pos-election-loss vacation before arriving in California Bay Area on Monday to spend Thanksgiving among family.

In the video on Tuesday, the vice president was dressed in a suit jacket as she said: 'I just have to remind you, don't you ever let anybody take your power from you. You have the same power that you did before November 5th.'

'And you have the same purpose that you did. And you have the same ability to engage and inspire,' she continued. 'So don't ever let anybody or any circumstance take your power from you.'

It's unclear what prompted Harris to deliver the pep talk, though online commenters immediately speculated that she wasn't sober.

'Kamala drunk and high in her hotel room,' a pro-MAGA user wrote.

Another wrote: 'HOLY MOLY! Trump broke Kamala Harris.'

'She is LOADED & STRUGGLING! OMG,' they continued. 'Lost the election, Spent a Billion Dollars while pretending to be black, the celebrities drained her dry and now she's 20 million dollars in Debt.'
