This badge is awarded to successful graduates of the Influence Through Data-Driven Insights, a global program designed to increase and enhance the delivery of data and market insights. Participants of the program learn how to interpret and scrutinize data in various forms and then apply the data to make informed recommendations. Through this process, they will determine the best way to present the data visually, so the audience can make the most informed decisions.

Earning Criteria

Graduates of Influence Through Data-Driven Insights require 12 hours of coursework over the course of 8 weeks. The workshops provide theory as well as a hands-on experience for participants to learn how to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and create effective data visualizations.
Participants present a final presentation to their leaders which requires them to analyze data to solve a problem or fulfill a request. Based on their observation, they make a recommendation(s) based on the data and create a call to action, so the issue can be quickly solved. RSR leaders assess if they have mastered data fluency skills in delivering insight.
Participants learn change management strategies for implementing data fluency into their account management strategies. After completing the program, graduates will incorporate insight and data delivery into their daily activities.
