KF Contracting: Includes sequential curriculum ranging from the basic key elements in a contract through a deeper understanding of delivery requirements and commercial components. Learn how to recognize and understand risk factors and optimize mutual returns.
KF Commercials and Financial: Knowledge around financial principles including forecasting accuracy and how to manage an engagement P&L. Sharpen your ability to understand and manage triggers impacting financial performance.
KF Business Acumen: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the triggers when managing financial scope. Understand responsibilities in transferring contractual obligations into an operational service and overall commercial management. Increased ability to conduct critical conversations leading to engagement performance and high performing teams.
