The Randstad Enterprise LEAN white belt certification combines elements of LEAN and six sigma, seeking to implement a way of working that drives efficiencies, increases individual and team productivity, and elevates customer value, whilst driving a culture of continual improvement. Over the 11-week program, participants cover 5 modules that encapsulate the core principles of LEAN and six sigma, before demonstrating the application of their learnings to their role and business area.

Earners of this badge have undergone an 11-week course that encapsulates 5 core modules of learning, delivered in a blended format. The 5 modules are 1) Value, Waste, Standards & Process Confirmation - 2) Vision, Visual Management & Huddles 3) Problem Solving 4) Planning Control & Operating Rhythm 5) Coaching (for those in Managerial positions).
Earners of this badge have completed online assessments that demonstrate their understanding of the core principles across the 5 modules of learning, and that they are able to identify and apply relevant models, theories, and actions to their personal situations.
At RE our learning programs focus on supporting participants in being able to make the transfer of knowledge into on-the-job skills & competencies. To support this the program includes individual application assignments where participants demonstrate their ability to put learning into action and create change and efficiencies within their role and wider account. team. This demonstrated application is a critical component to achieving the LEAN white belt certification.
