Celtics' Al Horford: Knocks down five threes vs. Raptors
Horford produced 18 points (6-11 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 32 minutes during Saturday's 126-123 overtime win over Toronto.
Horford returned to the starting lineup Saturday after sitting Wednesday against the Nets due to rest and a left big toe sprain. The veteran big man isn't a focal point in the Celtics' offense, but with the Raptors' defense honed in on Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, Horford saw plenty of open looks from beyond the arc and tied a season high with five three-pointers. Horford is averaging 9.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 steals over 27.0 minutes per game.

Celtics' Sam Hauser: Season-high 14 points Saturday
Hauser closed with 14 points (5-12 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one assist and one block across 25 minutes during Saturday's 126-123 overtime victory over the Raptors.
Hauser entered Saturday's game shooting just 32.8 percent from three on 6.1 3PA/G. While he didn't exactly light it up from beyond the arc, he managed to reach double-digit points for a second straight game. Hauser shot 42.4 percent from deep last season.

Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Hits game-winning three vs. Raptors
Tatum registered 24 points (7-19 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 11 rebounds and nine assists over 42 minutes in Saturday's 126-123 overtime win over Toronto.
Tatum missed a wide open two-pointer as time expired at the end of the fourth quarter. However, he got another chance in overtime, as he took the game in his own hands on a broken final play to hit a 28-foot buzzer beater to give the Celtics their 11th win of the 2024-25 regular season. Tatum was Boston's second-leading scorer behind Jaylen Brown (27), and the former was one assist shy from registering his first triple-double of the year. Since and including Nov. 1, Tatum has averaged 29.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.0 steals over 37.1 minutes per game.

Celtics' Jaden Springer: Good to go vs. Toronto
Springer (knee) is available for Saturday's game against the Raptors, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Springer had missed the Celtics' last three games due to a left knee injury. While he will return for Saturday's contest, he's not a regular part of Boston's rotation and is likely to see the floor only in a garbage-time situation.

Celtics' Jrue Holiday: Not playing Saturday
Holiday (knee) is out for Saturday's game against the Raptors, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Holiday is dealing with left knee tendinopathy, and the injury will cause him to miss a game for the first time this season. Payton Pritchard, who has been excellent off the bench in 2024-25, could move into a starting role Saturday, while Holiday's next chance to play will come against the Cavaliers on Tuesday.

Celtics' Jaden Springer: Iffy against Toronto
Springer (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game versus the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
Springer is in danger of missing his fourth straight outing due to left knee tendinopathy. However, Springer being deemed questionable instead of immediately out is a good sign that he is nearing a return to action.

Celtics' Jrue Holiday: Iffy for Saturday
Holiday (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
Holiday is dealing with left knee tendinopathy and is in jeopardy of missing his first game of the season. If the veteran point guard is unable to suit up, Payton Pritchard will likely see an increased role.

Celtics' Al Horford: Not on injury report
Horford (toe) is not on the injury report and will be available for Saturday's game against the Raptors, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
Even though Horford missed Wednesday's game against the Nets due to what was listed as a toe injury, it was essentially a rest day for the veteran. As such, his return here shouldn't be surprising. Look for Horford to recover his regular starting role while handling his regular workload Saturday against Toronto. This means the likes of Neemias Queta and Luke Kornet should experience a reduction in their minutes.

Celtics' Derrick White: Cools down against Brooklyn
White recorded nine points (3-11 FG, 3-9 3Pt), two rebounds, three assists and one block over 22 minutes during Wednesday's 139-114 win over the Nets.
White failed to score double-digit points for the first time this season during Wednesday's blowout win while playing a season-low 22 minutes. The veteran guard committed three early first-half fouls, which earned White some hearty bench time. While White struggled with his efficiency against Brooklyn, he is still shooting 42.0 percent on 9.2 three-point attempts per contest this season.

Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Notches second double-double
Brown posted 24 points (8-19 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-9 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one steal in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 139-114 win over Brooklyn.
Brown turned in an impressive night on the glass, resulting in his second double-double and his best mark of the young season in rebounds. However, he was less productive shooting the ball, knocking down 42.1 percent of his attempts from the field. Brown's 24 points certainly helped the cause, but it was Jayson Tatum's team-high 36 points that powered Boston to victory, and Payton Pritchard also chipped in 23 points off the bench.

Celtics' Jayson Tatum: Narrowly misses triple-double
Tatum supplied 36 points (12-19 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), nine rebounds and 10 assists across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 139-114 victory over Brooklyn.
Tatum fell one rebound shy of his first triple-double of the 2024-25 campaign. He led the Celtics in scoring by hitting 63.2 percent of his tries from the field, a much-needed night after shooting 5-for-16 in Tuesday's loss to Atlanta. Tatum continues to put up impressive numbers across the board, averaging 30.4 points, 8.0 rebounds and 6.4 assists over his last five appearances.
