McTavish (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.

McTavish hasn't played since Nov. 8, and a return to the lineup probably isn't imminent. He has generated two goals, six assists and 23 shots on net across 13 outings this season. With McTavish and Robby Fabbri (knee) on IR, Jansen Harkins and Brett Leason have been playing in the bottom six recently.

Novak (upper body) will play Sunday against Vancouver, according to Predators Radio Host Max Herz.

Novak might occupy a bottom-six role in the lineup following a six-game absence. He has three goals, one assist and 22 shots on net across 12 appearances this season. Novak's return could make Michael McCarron a healthy scratch versus the Canucks.

Dellandrea logged an assist, four shots on goal and three hits in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Penguins.

Dellandrea snapped an 11-game drought with the helper. He missed four contests in that span due to a hand injury. The 24-year-old forward has been a middle-six regular when healthy, but he has just two points to go with 16 shots on net, 42 hits and a minus-5 rating over 15 appearances. That's not enough offense to justify a roster spot on most fantasy squads.

Smith produced a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Penguins.

Smith has been limited to two assists over six outings in November. The 19-year-old has also moved to the wing with the Sharks healthy down the middle. Smith has four points, 18 shots on net and a minus-10 rating through 15 contests. He'll likely continue to see middle-six minutes when in the lineup. Smith is probable to sit out a game this week, as the Sharks have a road back-to-back in Dallas on Wednesday and St. Louis on Thursday. He has yet to play both halves of a back-to-back this season.

Granlund scored a goal on two shots and blocked three shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Penguins.

Granlund got on the board against one of his former teams. He's produced three goals and three assists over seven contests in November. The 32-year-old center continues to thrive in less-than-ideal circumstances as a top-six option for the Sharks. He's up to eight goals, 11 helpers, 66 shots on net, 17 hits, 14 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 19 appearances. Granlund had 12 goals on 134 shots over 69 outings last season, but it appears he's set for larger production as a finisher thanks to increases in both efficiency and volume.

Crosby scored a goal on six shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Sharks.

Crosby's tally came in the second period to give the Penguins a 3-0 lead. The 37-year-old is up to 599 career goals, and he had plenty of looks at No. 600 that didn't go in Saturday's game. His next goal would make him the 21st player to reach that milestone. Crosby is having another strong campaign with seven tallies, 12 assists, 65 shots on net, 21 hits and a minus-5 rating through 20 appearances.

Reaves was suspended for five games by the NHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday for an illegal check to the head against Edmonton's Darnell Nurse (upper body) in Saturday's contest.

Reaves won't be eligible to return until Nov. 4 against Nashville. He has one assist, 23 PIM and 44 hits through 16 outings this season. If Auston Matthews (upper body) isn't ready to return, Alex Steeves could replace Reaves in the lineup against Vegas on Wednesday.

Ohgren was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Sunday.

Ohgren hasn't earned a point in eight NHL appearances this season while collecting 10 shots on net, three blocked shots and eight hits. If Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) is ready to return for Tuesday's game against St. Louis, Ohgren could still be summoned from the minors to accompany Minnesota on the team's three-game road trip.

Milne was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Sunday.

Milne made his NHL debut Saturday, logging 6:34 of ice time in a loss to the Stars. The 22-year-old forward will now return to the minors with Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) expected to be available by Minnesota's next game Tuesday. Milne has four goals and eight points in 10 games in the AHL this year.

Puljujarvi scored a goal on four shots and added two hits in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Sharks.

The tally ended his five-game point drought. Puljujarvi has a tenuous grip on a spot in the lineup, but the Penguins' lack of better options has allowed him to stay in regularly. The winger is at two goals, seven points, 27 shots on net, 22 hits and a minus-2 rating over 17 appearances in a bottom-six role.

Rust scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Sharks.

Rust has three points, 12 shots on net and a minus-4 rating over five games since he returned from a lower-body injury. The winger is at five goals, two assists, 36 shots on net and a minus-11 rating through 13 contests this season. His offense should increase, but the Penguins' poor play defensively and in goal could lead to some ugly peripheral stats for the 32-year-old.

Zucker logged a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Flyers.

Zucker has gone seven games without a goal, picking up three assists and nine shots on net in that span. The 32-year-old winger has done pretty well in a middle-six role with power-play time, earning 12 points (five on the power play), 23 shots on net, 10 hits, 23 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 18 contests. Zucker has peaked in the 40-50 point range most of the time, but that's enough offense to be worth a look in fantasy.

Forbort (knee) was placed on injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.

Forbort hasn't played since Nov. 2 and is out indefinitely. He has one assist, three shots on net and five blocked shots while being limited to four appearances this season. Noah Juulsen and Vincent Desharnais have been in and out of the lineup during Forbort's absence.

Hunt was reassigned to AHL Iowa on Sunday.

Hunt was brought up earlier in the week, though served as a healthy scratch in Minnesota's last two games. If Jonas Brodin (upper body) can't play in the Wild's next game Tuesday, Hunt could be brought back up as a seventh defenseman.

Rutta was held off the scoresheet for the 18th game in a row in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Penguins.

Rutta had a helper in the season opener and hasn't picked up a point since. He's added 17 shots on net, 16 PIM, 21 hits, 34 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 19 appearances this season. As a veteran on a fairly young blue line, Rutta's playing time appears to be secure, but it'll likely be in bottom-four minutes with no power-play time. That kind of role on a bottom-dwelling team like the Sharks makes the 34-year-old a no-go for the vast majority of fantasy formats.

Walman posted an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Penguins.

While he was listed on the third pairing, Walman saw a team-high 24:55 of ice time in his return from a five-game absence due to an upper-body injury. The defenseman has been one of the bright spots for the Sharks this season, though that light may be dimmed if he remains on the second power-play unit. He has 10 points, 37 shots on net, 24 blocked shots, 16 hits, 12 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 14 appearances.

Pickering logged an assist in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Sharks.

While it was a fairly tame first assignment, Pickering was able to handle third-pairing duties in the absence of Kris Letang (illness). It didn't take long for Pickering to earn his first point, as he helped out on a Jesse Puljujarvi tally in the first period. Pickering won't solve all of the Penguins' defensive problems, but he has a chance to make a push to stick around after failing to make the team out of camp. The 20-year-old blueliner is unlikely to be a future fantasy stud, but he's a heady player who should be a benefit in his own zone now and in future seasons for Pittsburgh.

Ekblad recorded an assist, three shots on goal, two hits, seven PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Jets.

Ekblad had endured a five-game drought after his three-assist game versus the Stars on Nov. 1. The 28-year-old defenseman has had limited offense so far with seven assists over 18 contests, though he's gotten on the scoresheet in just four games. He's added 24 shots on net, 21 PIM, 23 blocked shots, 30 hits and a plus-6 rating. Ekblad continues to fill a top-four role for the Panthers, so his offense should get more consistent over time.

Thompson will guard the road goal Sunday versus the Golden Knights, according to Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post.

Thompson is coming off a 30-save effort in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto. He has a 7-0-1 record with a 2.71 GAA and a .906 save percentage through eight appearances this season. Thompson made 24 saves in a 4-2 win over Vegas on Oct.15. The Golden Knights sit second in the league with 4.12 goals per game in 2024-25.

Hofer will guard the road goal against Carolina on Sunday, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Hofer will get the second half of the Blues' back-to-back after Jordan Binnington played in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over Boston. The 24-year-old Hofer has a 3-2-0 record with a 3.33 GAA and a .903 save percentage through five appearances this season. Carolina ranks fourth in the league with 4.00 goals per game and earned a 4-0 win over Ottawa on Saturday.

Saros will defend the road net Sunday against the Canucks, Predators Radio Host Max Herz reports.

Saros has lost his last two outings (0-1-1) despite posting a .938 save percentage during that span. He has a 4-8-2 record with two shutouts, a 2.52 GAA and a .915 save percentage through 14 appearances this season. Vancouver ranks 15th in the league with 3.19 goals per game in 2024-25 and earned a 4-1 win over Chicago on Saturday.

Kochetkov (undisclosed) will start at home Sunday against the Blues, Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer reports.

Kochetkov was sidelined by an injury Saturday against Ottawa, though he'll be good to go ahead of Sunday's matchup with St. Louis. The 25-year-old netminder is 8-2-0 with an .897 save percentage this year while taking over as Carolina's top goaltender with Frederik Andersen (lower body) sidelined.

Ersson (lower body) was put on injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.

Following a 28-save effort in a 4-3 shootout win over San Jose on Monday, Ersson tweaked a previous injury and received a 1-2 week timeline for his recovery. His move to IR will free up a roster spot for the Flyers to bring up a defenseman from AHL Lehigh Valley because of injuries to Cam York (upper body), Emil Andrae (undisclosed) and Jamie Drysdale (upper body).

Campbell (not injury related) was placed on waivers Sunday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Campbell signed a one-year deal with Detroit before entering the NHL/NHLPA player assistance program. If he clears waivers, Campbell will likely report to AHL Grand Rapids as a depth option for the Red Wings. The 32-year-old netminder made five appearances with Edmonton last season, going 1-4-0 with an .873 save percentage.
