Joey Slye NE K
Patriots' Joey Slye: Hits three field goals in loss
5m agoSlye went 3-for-3 on field-goal tries and made one of two PATs in Sunday's 28-22 loss to the Rams.
Slye made multiple field goals for the second straight week after going five straight weeks without doing so prior. His longest make of the day came from 42 yards, while he did miss an extra-point attempt for the first time this year. Through 11 contests, the kicker has gone 19-for-22 on field-goal attempts and 15-for-16 on PATs.

Derrick Henry BAL RB
Ravens' Derrick Henry: Punches in 15th TD of season
6m agoHenry carried the ball 13 times for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 18-16 loss to the Steelers.
It was Henry's lowest output since Week 1 from a yardage perspective, but he salvaged his day with a one-yard TD plunge in the second quarter. It was his 13th score of the season on the ground and 15th in total, the third time in his career he's reached that mark but the first since 2020. Henry has gotten into the end zone in 12 straight games dating back to his final game as a Titan last season, a streak he'll look to extend in Week 12 against the Chargers.
-
Lamar Jackson BAL QB
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Comes up short in Pittsburgh
10m agoJackson completed 16 of 33 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Sunday's 18-16 loss to the Steelers. He added 46 rushing yards on four carries.
The Ravens arguably played well enough to win, but Justin Tucker missed two early field goals and Jackson wasn't able to hit on a two-point conversion attempt after leading a TD drive inside the final four minutes of the fourth quarter. It was the first time since Week 6 that Jackson had failed to produce multiple touchdowns, but a rebound effort in Week 12 isn't guaranteed, as he'll be taking on a stingy Chargers defense in the Harbaugh Bowl.
-
Matt Gay IND K
Colts' Matt Gay: Nails three field goals in win
14m agoGay went 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts while making his only extra-point try in Sunday's 28-27 win over the Jets.
Gay was once again able to make multiple field goals in Week 11, marking the eighth consecutive contest that he's done so. The kicker most notably made a 56-yarder Sunday and he's now made 19 of 22 field-goal tries this season, including four makes from over 50 yards.
-
Juwan Johnson NO TE
Saints' Juwan Johnson: Finds end zone Sunday
18m agoJohnson caught all three of his targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-14 win over the Browns.
The tight end was on the other end of a one-yard TD toss form Derek Carr in the fourth quarter. It's Johnson's second score of the season, but his first since the Saints' season opener, and he has yet to reach 50 receiving yards in a game this season. Johnson will remain a TD-dependent fantasy option on the other side of New Orleans' Week 12 bye.
-
Marquez Valdes-Scantling NO WR
Saints' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Another long TD in Sunday's win
21m agoValdes-Scantling caught two of four targets for 87 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-14 win over the Browns.
For the second straight week, Valdes-Scantling and Derek Carr hooked up for a long TD -- this one a 71-yarder in the second quarter -- but the wideout did most of the work this time, taking a short pass over the middle and racing more than 60 yards to paydirt. The four targets were Valdes-Scantling's highest volume in three games since joining New Orleans, but he's posted a mammoth 6-201-3 line on his meager eight looks. He'll try not to cool down during the Saints' Week 12 bye.

Donovan Walton SF 2B
Mets' Donovan Walton: Notches minor-league deal with Mets
1h agoWalton signed a minor-league contract with the Mets on Friday.
Walton spent the 2024 season with the Giants organization, going 3-for-22 with a home run, two RBI and three runs scored over nine games with San Francisco. He spent the majority of the year with Triple-A Sacramento, batting .303 with seven homers, 51 RBI, 53 runs scored and four stolen bases over 99 contests. The 30-year-old will look to impress with the Mets this spring in order to potentially secure a spot on the 40-man roster for 2024 campaign.
-
Justin Jarvis NYM SP
Dodgers' Justin Jarvis: Inks minor-league deal
5h agoJarvis agreed to a minor-league contract with the Dodgers on Sunday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
The right-hander was dealt from the Brewers to the Mets at the 2023 trade deadline and split the 2024 campaign between the Double-A and Triple-A levels. Jarvis had a 2.90 ERA in 10 outings at Double-A but struggled to a 6.04 ERA at Triple-A.

Nick Martinez CIN RP
Reds' Nick Martinez: Accepting qualifying offer
9h agoMartinez accepted the Reds' $21.05 million qualifying offer for 2025 on Sunday, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.
The right-hander declined his $12 million player option with the Reds for 2025, but he'll remain with the organization after being extended the qualifying offer. Martinez started in 16 of his 42 appearances in 2024 and had a 3.10 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 116:18 K:BB across 142.1 innings. Given the salary bump he should begin 2025 working exclusively as a starter.
-
Luis Severino NYM SP
Luis Severino: Unlikely to accept qualifying offer
20h agoWill Sammon of The Athletic relays that Severino is unlikely to accept the Mets' $21.05 million qualifying offer.
The deadline for players to make a decision on a qualifying offer is Tuesday, but it appears Severino is set to decline the Mets' offer in favor of attempting to land a multi-year offer. The 30-year-old right-hander signed a one-year, $13 million with the Mets in November of 2023 and had a quality 2024 campaign, going 11-7 across 31 starts with a 3.91 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 161:60 K:BB over 182 innings. It's certainly a risk for Severino, given the fact that he pitched just 209.1 innings from 2019 to 2023 due to various injuries.
-
Connor Brogdon LAD RP
Connor Brogdon: Enters free agency
1d agoBrogdon elected to become a free agent Friday.
A foot injury kept Brogdon out for most of the 2024 season, though he was able to put up a 3.46 ERA in 13 Triple-A innings when healthy. The Dodgers dropped the 29-year-old righty from their 40-man roster Thursday, and rather than stick around as organizational depth, Brogdon will now explore his options on the open market.
-
Jose Barrero TEX SS
Cardinals' Jose Barrero: Invited to Cardinals' camp
1d agoBarrero signed a minor-league contract with the Cardinals on Saturday and received an invitation to spring training, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.
Barrero owns just a .497 OPS across 447 plate appearances in his major-league career, and his offensive woes followed him to Triple-A last season, where he slashed .188/.277/.345 over 49 games. His chances of contributing for the Cardinals will remain low as long as he continues to struggle at the plate, though the 26-year-old may still see a healthy amount of playing time with Triple-A Memphis.
-
Ben Sheppard IND SG
Pacers' Ben Sheppard: Won't return vs. Miami
2m agoSheppard has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Heat due to a left oblique strain, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
Sheppard strained his left oblique during the third quarter of Sunday's game, and he'll finish with three points, three rebounds, one assist and one block over 26 minutes. T.J. McConnell and Quenton Jackson are in line to see more minutes off the bench in Sheppard's absence. Given the Pacers' upcoming schedule, Sheppard is in danger of being sidelined for the second leg of a back-to-back against the Raptors on Monday.
-
Maxi Kleber DAL C
Mavericks' Maxi Kleber: Back to bench
3m agoKleber will come off the bench during Sunday's game against the Thunder, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.
Kleber started the last two games due to P.J. Washington dealing with a knee injury, but he will shift back to a bench role Sunday. Kleber holds averages of 2.5 points and 2.3 rebounds in 15.0 minutes per game across four appearances this season.

PJ Washington DAL PF
Mavericks' P.J. Washington: Back in starting lineup
7m agoWashington will start Sunday's game against the Thunder, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.
Washington returned to the lineup Friday in a limited role after missing five straight games due to a knee injury, but he will return to the starting lineup Sunday. With Luka Doncic (knee) out of the lineup, Washington may be called upon more often offensively.
-
Cason Wallace OKC PG
Thunder's Cason Wallace: Reverts to bench Sunday
13m agoWallace is not in the Thunder's starting lineup Sunday against the Mavericks, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.
Wallace will retreat to the Thunder bench Sunday as Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins enter the starting lineup. Wallace started in each of the Thunder's last two games and averaged 5.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 3.0 steals over 27.5 minutes per game.
-
Aaron Wiggins OKC SG
Thunder's Aaron Wiggins: Back in starting lineup
14m agoWiggins will start Sunday's game against the Mavericks, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.

-
Quentin Grimes DAL SG
Mavericks' Quentin Grimes: Confirmed starter Sunday
15m agoGrimes is in the Mavericks' starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Thunder, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.
As expected, Grimes will enter the starting five Sunday due to Luka Doncic (knee) being sidelined. Grimes tallied 15 points, five assists, four rebounds and one steal over 36 minutes in his last start Thursday against the Jazz.
-
Jacob Moverare LA D
Kings' Jacob Moverare: Sent down Sunday
6m agoMoverare was loaned to AHL Ontario on Sunday.
Moverare will link back up with the Reign -- the Swedish defenseman has produced two assists across 11 contests with the club in 2024-25. The 26-year-old could be back with Los Angeles soon if this move was just a paper transaction.
-
Samuel Helenius LA C
Kings' Samuel Helenius: Sent to minors
13m agoHelenius was loaned to AHL Ontario on Sunday.
Helenius could be back with the Kings in short order if this transaction was completed for cap-related purposes. The left-shot center picked up two points over four games with Los Angeles.
-
Brandon Duhaime WAS RW
Capitals' Brandon Duhaime: Status in question Sunday
21m agoDuhaime (lower body) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's road matchup versus the Golden Knights, according to Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post.
Duhaime left Friday's contest against Colorado after blocking a shot in the final frame. Hendrix Lapierre should suit up if Duhaime can't play, or the Capitals could opt to go with 11 forwards and seven defensemen. Duhaime has logged three goals and two assists through 16 games.
-
Logan Thompson WAS G
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Starting in Vegas
1h agoThompson will guard the road goal Sunday versus the Golden Knights, according to Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post.
Thompson is coming off a 30-save effort in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto. He has a 7-0-1 record with a 2.71 GAA and a .906 save percentage through eight appearances this season. Thompson made 24 saves in a 4-2 win over Vegas on Oct.15. The Golden Knights sit second in the league with 4.12 goals per game in 2024-25.
-

Forbort hasn't played since Nov. 2 and is out indefinitely. He has one assist, three shots on net and five blocked shots while being limited to four appearances this season. Noah Juulsen and Vincent Desharnais have been in and out of the lineup during Forbort's absence.
-
Mason McTavish ANA C
Ducks' Mason McTavish: Moved to IR
2h agoMcTavish (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Sunday, per the NHL media site.
McTavish hasn't played since Nov. 8, and a return to the lineup probably isn't imminent. He has generated two goals, six assists and 23 shots on net across 13 outings this season. With McTavish and Robby Fabbri (knee) on IR, Jansen Harkins and Brett Leason have been playing in the bottom six recently.
