Three adults and boy die in three-vehicle crash in Medley, police say
MIAMI — Four people, including a boy, were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Medley early Saturday morning, police said.
Just after 12:50 a.m., Miami-Dade Police was called out to NW 74th St. 72nd Ave. in response to a crash involving three vehicles. As a result of the crash, a black sedan with two women, a man and a child were critically injured.
The man and one of the women died at the scene from their injuries. Meanwhile, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue took the other woman to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and the boy was airlifted to JMH Ryder Trauma Center. They both died in the hospital, police told CBS News Miami.
The cause and circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation.
