Arkade Developers, a real estate development company focused on developing high-end residential developments in Mumbai is all set to announce the allotment status of its heavily subscribed initial public offering (IPO) on Friday, September 20.

The Arkade Developers IPO opened on September 16 and closed on September 19. The price band for the IPO was ₹121 to ₹128 per share.

On the last day, the Arkade Developers IPO was subscribed 106.08 times, receiving bids for 252.22 crore equity shares against 2.38 crore shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 163.16 times, the non-institutional investors portion was subscribed 162.50 times. The retail portion also witnessed excellent participation and was subscribed 50.17 times. The employee portion was subscribed 49.18.

Arkade Developers grey market premium

The shares of Arkade Developers are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹85 per share. GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges.
