Stephanie Petty has been an attorney in Massachusetts since 2003 and specializes in Real Estate Transactions and Closings, Condominium Conversions, Estate Planning and Probate Administration. She has been financially independent since the age of 15 and worked her way through college and law school, often holding down 2 to 3 jobs at a time. She attended Northeastern University, in Boston, MA where she graduated first in her class in the field of Economics and Finance and was awarded the Academic Excellence Award for Economics. She then attended Suffolk University School of Law, in Boston, MA. Ms. Petty is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and to the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
Although not quite a workaholic, thanks to her three boys, she thrives with a large workload and stays calm in high stress high stakes moments. Clients can sleep well at night knowing their interests are being protected, deadlines are being met and their work is being completed meticulously. Stephanie loves what she does so much she begins each workday at 4 a.m. Clients have called Ms. Petty the “Rock Star of Lawyers” and the “Velvet Hammer”.
Stephanie is presently an elected Housing Commissioner in Lynnfield, MA. She is a long-time boys' soccer coach, a member of Lynnfield Rotary, and participates in a number of networking groups. In her spare time, she runs marathons and half marathons for charitable causes. She is originally from Martha’s Vineyard and currently lives in Lynnfield with her three boys. She is their biggest fan and can often be found with them on the football field and soccer field. When her own children are grown Stephanie will focus her attention and resources on providing basic necessities and post high school opportunities for teenagers in the foster care system. She plans to slow down a bit when she retires. Stephanie will never retire.
