Luvleen Sidhu is the Chair, CEO & Founder of BM Technologies, Inc. Previously, Luvleen served as BankMobile’s Chief Executive Officer and Director from 2019 to 2021. From February 2014 to 2021, Ms. Luvleen Sidhu served as Chief Strategy Officer and President of BankMobile, which she helped found. Ms. Luvleen Sidhu earned her MBA from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University. After graduating from Harvard and Wharton she was a management consultant at Booz & co. in their financial services practice. Ms. Luvleen Sidhu is a recognized leader in the industry and was named one of Crain’s New York Business 2020 40 Under 40 and a “Rising Star in Banking & Finance” in 2020. She was previously named Fintech Woman of the Year by Lendit Fintech for 2019. Before attending business school at Wharton, she was analyst at Neuberger Berman and also worked as a director of corporate development at Customers Bank. While at the company, Ms. Luvleen Sidhu introduced several growth projects, including partnering with a New York City-based start-up to improve the banking experience through innovative technology. Ms. Luvleen Sidhu has been featured regularly in the media including on CNBC, Bloomberg Radio, Yahoo Finance, Fox News Radio and in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, American Banker, Crain’s New York, FoxNews.com, among others.
Jamie Donahue has 25 years of experience successfully creating, implementing and supporting the technological foundation for brokerage, banking, insurance and health companies and the financial services industry. He is adept at defining the ways in which technology can best promote an organization’s strategic vision and has successfully migrated critical workloads to the cloud for over 20 products and nearly 7,500 machines in four global regions. Donahue has previously served as Vice President, Cloud Engineering with First Republic Bank; Global Head of Cloud Architecture, Engineering and Delivery at Finastra, Chief Information and Security Officer of Interactive Advisory Software; and as a technology consultant for Protivit. In addition to his tenure at these reputable banking and technology institutions, Donahue is recognized as a leader in cloud transformational business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Donahue spent eight years in the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Information Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
Ajay Asija has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 6, 2024. Mr. Asija, has over 25 years of experience as an investment banking professional, with significant focus on the financial services and FinTech industry. From 2012 to 2023, Mr. Asija worked for B. Riley Securities (including its predecessor FBR & Co.), where he eventually served as Group Head and Senior Managing Director, Financial Services and FinTech, before his departure. In his career, Mr. Asija has been a strategic advisor to financial services and FinTech companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and various strategic matters. Mr. Asija started his career in financial services at Lehman Brothers in 1997 and has held a variety of positions with various commercial and investment banks. Mr. Asija holds an MBA in Finance from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, a Masters in Science in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
Warren Taylor serves as BM Technologies, Inc.'s Chief Customer Officer. Previously, Mr. Taylor became BankMobile's Chief Customer Officer in 2016 and Director in 2017. Prior to becoming Chief Customer Officer, Mr. Taylor held various positions within BankMobile, including CFO, Chief of Staff, and Chief Banking Officer. Mr. Taylor was also CEO of Yardley Bank from 1984 to 1989 which was acquired by Sovereign Bancorp. At Sovereign, Mr. Taylor was the New Jersey Division President. In 2009, he left Sovereign to join Customers Bank as Director of Retail Banking, and helped co-found BankMobile in 2014. Mr. Taylor received his BS in accounting from St. Joseph’s University.
