Emax Entertainment Bolsters Road to Billboard Latin Music Awards With Concerts Throughout Latin America

Emax Entertainment is slated to produce this year’s official ‘Road to Billboard Latin’ concert series, the mobile app announced Wednesday (Feb. 21). Joining forces with the official Billboard Latin Music Conference after a successful run in 2017, Emax will put on concerts in Bogota, Colombia (April 4), Santiago, Chile (April 13) and Mexico (April 17). 

“It is an honor to co-produce such an important music event,” said Briggith Ripamonti, President of Nearctic LLC. “Billboard is the authority in music worldwide and we are happy to host [a] concert in Chile.” 

The series will lead up to ‘The Showcase presented by Emax’ on April 24 in Las Vegas, as one of the opening celebrations of Billboard Latin Music Week 2018.  The invitation-only event is open to all Latin Billboard Conference attendees.

Billboard Latin Music Conference 2018 takes place April 23-26 at the Venetian in Las Vegas and culminates with the Billboard Latin Music Awards on April 26, airing live on Telemundo. The longest-running Latin music awards show recognizes the most popular albums, songs and performers in Latin, as determined by the actual sales, radio airplay, streaming and social data that informs Billboard’s weekly charts.
