Puerto Rican singer/songwriter René “Residente” Pérez will take center stage at this year’s Iconic Singer/Songwriter Q&A for the annual 2017 Billboard Latin Music Conference.
The anticipated Q&A with Grammy-winning artist and Calle 13 alum will take place April 26. The “Somos anormales” performer recently premiered his self-titled documentary at SXSW, in which he travels to 10 different countries around the world to create new music for his forthcoming album based on his DNA.
The 2017 Billboard Latin Music Conference will kick off April 24 with more panels and panelists set to be announced in the upcoming weeks leading up the conference.

Other confirmed panels and panelists include “Socializing Maluma” featuring the Colombian superstar; “The Latin Trap Panel” with artists like Farruko, Ozuna and Bad Bunny; and the memoirs and biopics panel titled “Me, Me, Me” with Ednita Nazario.
