Sarah Wallace is the project assistant at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. In this role, Wallace assists the vice president and senior director and provides strategic support to the Scowcroft Center to streamline operations.

Wallace has previously served as an adviser for the governments of Qatar and Ukraine. She has also worked in the fields of public relations, human rights, and crisis management. Wallace’s work has included policy consultation and support, as well as media monitoring to enhance the impact of messaging to decision makers.

Wallace is pursuing a master’s degree in international relations with dual concentrations in foreign policy and national security, and international conflict resolution and negotiation from American University. She has two bachelor’s degrees in international studies and political science, with a concentration in international security and diplomacy and a minor in French. Wallace also studied political science at the University of Strasbourg in France. She holds certifications in human rights education and protecting the rights of the child in humanitarian situations from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.
