Monitor staff absences online

Absence across the business is easy to monitor using the online team calendar, available to all employees. This calendar view shows all approved leave and sickness across the team so that employees are kept aware of who is off and when enabling them to check prior to making requests. Managers are able to view the calendar to get an idea of employee numbers during certain periods and check who’s off prior to making approvals. An overview of who is off today and upcoming absences within your team is displayed on the Leave Dashboard. A roll-up of pending requests and your upcoming absences are displayed in your My HR Dashboard.
