For the first time in the playoffs, fans can cast their vote for their favorite performance from north Alabama high school football action.
Coaches can submit statistics following their games on Friday night or nominate players before noon each Saturday.
Nominations must come from a coach or official team statistician. They can be emailed to [email protected].
Voting is open until Wednesday evening. The winner will be announced on AL.com on Thursday.

Here are the nominees from the second round of the playoffs:
Ty Jones, West Morgan: Jones finished with a 32-yard touchdown catch and two scoring runs of 13 and 1 yard as West Morgan beat Madison Academy 28-7.
Ryder Gipson, Fyffe: Gipson ran for 230 yards and four touchdowns on 25 carries as Fyffe beat Gordo in the second round of the Class 3A playoffs.
Christian Pritchard, Muscle Shoals: Pritchard had a 74-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown with less than a minute left to play in the ballgame as the Trojans beat Clay Chalkville in the second round of the Class 6A playoffs.
Tyler Pierce, Boaz: Pierce completed 19 of his 41 passes for 268 yards and five touchdowns in a 52-42 loss to Corner in the second round of the Class 5A playoffs.
Jake Jones, Scottsboro: Jones had 27 carries for 122 yards and a touchdown and passed for two scores as Scottsboro fell to Ramsay in the Class 5A playoffs.
