Translating the idea of this warped reality, 1/OFF has developed its own distorted mesh-print created from the vintage checkered scarf. FW24’ existence in a state of contrast gets underlined with the clear visibility of strong silhouettes. Specifically within tailoring. Offsetting the collection’s sharpness, the use of lace however adds a more effeminate element, juxtaposing 1/OFF’s signature suiting. Whilst on the other hand the incorporation of a raw edge as seen on long wool coats shows the heritage of the brand; deconstruction. Remembering the rich history each garment carries.
