MAJESTIC BEACH SURROUNDINGS IN ITALY

Created by a landslide in 1962, Cala Goloritzé in Italy is renowned for its striking 143-metre-tall limestone pinnacle that towers above the cove. Situated on the eastern coast of Sardinia, this beach is accessible only by a hike or by boat, and it is protected by regulations that require all boats to stay beyond a rope marked with buoys 200 metres from the shore. This restriction gives Cala Goloritzé an untouched, exclusive feel. The beach itself features a blend of pebbles and sand, while the clear, blue waters near the shore are shallow, making it ideal for swimming. Declared a natural monument in the 1990s, Cala Goloritzé is well-preserved, with limited tourism impact, ensuring it remains pristine and tranquil for visitors.
