While we've had issues using Apptivo over the years, we recently needed IT assistance and after a volley of emails with Kalay we jumped on a Zoom and in just a few minutes he fixed all the problems we had been having. Vignesh was extremely helpful in the configuration process. I had an issue i just couldnt get over and he made it so easy to solve. I especially love how this app automatically integrates with my gooogle account. I get everything literally on the go, tasks, events, notes updates etc.. great stufff

After looking for various different shared/synced contact solutions available for Google Workspace, I stumbled upon Apptivo! I was actually shocked to see that it is one of the very few free options available, especially for such a small nonprofit organization. I did need some assistance in getting it started at first, so I decided to start a chat with the support team. With it being almost 2 o'clock in the morning, I was very shocked to see that an agent joined the chat immediately after requesting help. Rajesh was able to isolate where the issue was coming from very quickly and even requested a screen share to help walk me through the process – which I found to be very helpful! While this is only after a few minutes of seeing how Apptivo works, I have very high expectations for choosing to go with this amazing tool!

After having problems with contact synchronization, I contacted support through Apptivo's chat line. When the problem could not be resolved by the representative, he escalated the request to their tech team. The tech team was accommodating in every way, including scheduling a time that worked for me. Rajesh and the other tech team members were persistent in their efforts to find the cause of the problem and then patient in fully explaining how to fix the problem. I am quite impressed with both this product and the tech team that Apptivo assembled to support it. I am very pleased with my selection of this app, not only for its usefulness and functionality, but for the outstanding level of support I've experienced.

Deceptive. Says in the description its free for businesses and it's not. The free version is for one user only which would be for personal, not business with multiple users who need to shared and collaborate which is the whole point of contact SHARING... Uninstalling.

We've looked at many CRM Solutions, and none were as fast and easy to implement and get up and running. On top of that, Apptivo is very robust, flexible and customizable so that it can easily be configured to work for any business. You may choose to use just a few internal apps, or many of the 40+ apps they currently offer. We are excited that Apptivo is helping us to save time and money by streamlining many of our operational processes, while at the same time enabling us to give our customers a higher level of service and helping our employees stay better informed and connected. We are also very eagerly anticipating the mobile app release that will help our field reps work more efficiently, eliminate time consuming paperwork redundancies, and ultimately do their jobs more effectively. The customer support staff has been fantastic and very responsive to any needs or questions. Thank you Todd, Maggie, Ram and the rest of the Apptivo team! 5 Stars, Highly recommended!

you can only send 50 emails at one time unless you go to the considerable trouble to setting up a "bulk campaign". So if you have a sales team of 51 people you are outta-luck for emailing them. This seems like a crazy limitation.
