Rehoming pitty puppy (Watsontown)

1yr old blue nose pit.
Got his first series of vaccines.
He is on the schedule to get neutered.
Medium/large dogs should not be neutered until 12-14 months of age.
Unfortunately, landlord will no longer allow dogs.
He is very sweet, knows basic commands, and loves everyone.
He does still pull on a leash but he is getting better.
He thinks he is a lap dog so please understand he will get on your couch to snuggle.
Vet reference requested.
If you have no vet, please explain why in your email.
