Designation: Assistant Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer for Building Systems *Duration: Full Time* *Location: Towson, MD* _*Assistant Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer for Building Systems*_ The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience working for a consulting engineering firm, proficient in the design of building systems for commercial, institutional, and/or educational buildings and possess the desire and aptitude to move into a project management position.
*Duties & Expectations include:* • Willingness to develop engineering expertise, under the guidance of our senior engineers • Coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Maintain schedules • *Proficient use of REVIT and AutoCAD* • Develop/Review Prepare Cost Estimates • Perform Life Cycle Cost Analysis • Perform Calculations • Develop thoroughly coordinated specifications and construction drawings • Attend and Document Progress Meetings • Review Submittals/Shop Drawings • Answer RFIs *Featured benefits* * Medical insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) * Disability insurance Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,160.
