*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Deliver information on product knowledge to the customer on the companies offerings
* Process any orders and transactions necessary
* Work hands-on with customers to offer them services and products that they are in need of
* Assist customers with problem-solving or troubleshooting for better service
* Obtain any customer personal information in a professional and secure manner
