5 hours per week,* * *Work Schedule is: 3pm-9pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, *-- with a ½ hr break daily * *Days off:* Thursday, Friday once schedule commences * *Must be able to train for 2 weeks during daytime hours, Mon-Fri, No exceptions* * This Seasonal position ends September 2nd, 2024 *Required Skills/Must Haves:* * *Exceptional phone voice, cheerful, professional, empathetic* * *Excellent work ethic, punctuality and attendance* * *Must have your own daily reliable transportation* * *Excellent active listening skills* on the phone * *Professional telephone etiquette and excellent spelling skills* * *Able to quickly write down all caller information accurately with phones numbers, occasional unusual words or names and transcribe that into a messaging system?* * *Computer Literacy, comprehension and pick up programs quickly* * Ability to stay calm under pressureand not take things personally * Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and situations * Ability to work efficiently and independently * Must be able to work well with others in a fast paced, high volume Customer Care Department atmosphere *Primary Duties:* * Answering incoming telephone calls for 16 lines through a computer based program, then either soft transferring the Customer to the appropriate personnel or entering a message into our messaging system.
* Enter data into Salesforce messaging system with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Must be excellent with spelling unusual names or words and taking down correct names and phone numbers.
*This job is ideal for someone who is:* Dependable-more reliable than spontaneous, mature, motivated to get to work daily, friendly, cheerful, enthusiastic.
Someone that has the ability to pitch in outside of their schedule for staff outages and doesn’t get frazzled easily and adaptable/flexible.
*Education: *High School Diploma, Some College *Compensation:* $ 16-17 *Compensation:* is a bi-weekly pay cycle via direct deposit or pay card.
