com) is looking for sailing crew as well as USCG licensed captains to work aboard our boats this summer.
We operate 3 sailboats including a 34' sloop, 46' sloop and 80' schooner.
We're owner operated and have been in business for 35 years.
We love to sail and it shows!
Crew need to have basic sailing experience, be organized and reliable hard workers with the stamina and strength to sail 4-5 trips a day.
You'll be actively involved in cleaning and sailing the vessel, interacting with guests, pointing out sights, serving drinks, raising and lowering sails, cleaning up, etc.
You should make a friendly, welcoming impression and enjoying working with a team and the public.
Captains and crew need to pass an industry-required drug test and participate in the company sponsored random drug testing program.
Captains must hold a valid USCG license.
For the 2024 season we are looking captains to sail our 34' O'Day which sails with one solo captain and a maximum of 6 guests, and Sightsailer which is inspected for 13 and sails with one Master and 1 crew.
Captains need to be experienced sailors and excellent boat handlers.
License requirements range from OUPV to Master's 50 ton preferred with Aux Sail endorsement.
