Titled "The Way of the Sea", the Taste Studio of Regent Phu Quoc celebrated the captivating mystery of the underwater world, delving into unique themes through a masterful blend of artistic expression, architectural design, and culinary innovation. The event brought together the culinary talents from Regent Phu Quoc led by Executive Chef Franseco, celebrity drip artist Mr Dripping, and Vietnamese architectural designer Trung Nghĩa, for an immersive showcase. Artists expressed bold statements through an interplay of flavors, textures, and colors, showcasing the universal connection that water represents—water exists within each of us, and it unites us all and the sea’s ability to connect, evoke wonder, and inspire creativity. The finale revealed Mr. Trung Nghia’s piece—a beachfront pop-up restaurant named Aqua made entirely of sustainable bamboo.
