*Dion and Sons is seeking a qualified Customer Service representative who will be able to handle customer requests in a professional manner.
As the CSR, you will also provide support to the Sales and Operations team to ensure all facility and company goals are met.
*
*Primary duties Include and are not limited to: *
Answering phones and assist walk in customers
Research and data entry (create orders and look up account information)
Responding to customer requests and issues in a timely manner
Creating accurate quotes for customer and sales team as needed
Utilize CRM to document customer and sales representative interaction
Counting and maintaining inventory levels
Work along aside dispatch to ensure transfers and deliveries are properly handled
Assist our warehouse operations to include but not limited to help with out dock operations
*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:*
Able to fluently read, write and speak English.
Excellent people (verbal and written), and phone skills.
Proven customer service experience.
Basic math, email, data base, and spreadsheet applications.
Basic knowledge of general office procedures, methods, and techniques.
Able to follow processes and resolve problems using good judgment.
Advanced ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
Ethical, courteous, reliable and effective team player who is able to work alone if/when needed.
Continuous positive attitude and desire to learn.
*Qualifications: *
Minimum two years of customer service experience in an office/distribution environment preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and be insurable on the company's auto policy (to run any office errands if needed)
Forklift experience is a plus.

This position may require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
