Appalling service
I am writing this complaint regarding a mortgage application I have just had to cancel due to losing the house. The reason we lost the house is because of how long everything was taking. Not only that, all our estate agent wanted was constant updates on where we were application wise. However, due to our case manager Caitlin Price being completely unreachable for over a week as well as how long everything was taking, we lost the house.
Not only this but we we encouraged by advisors working at this company to pay for a surveyor, life insurance and land searches before we even received any offer. Due to us listening to ADVICE from an ADVISOR as we had no clue how any of the process worked we have now lost almost £1000 for absolutely no reason.
I am absolutely appalled by how I have been treated by this company and I hope that going forward no one ever has to go through what we have during this poor excuse of a service
Our only saving grace was our original advisor David who was extremely helpful in our original enquiry. I just wish the rest of the staff had even a portion of his competence
