Tonight we are celebrating! 🎉 In collaboration with #HelpToGrow, we are working with Fiona McGonigle CMgr MCMI and Janet Mason to host an "Evening of Innovation and Celebration" to showcase the successes of two of Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) business programmes; the #HelpToGrow Management programme and the #ABOVE Programme. Both are aimed at growing and supporting #SMEs in #Essex and the East of England. Beverley Vaughan, Jack Ellum Rebecca Stark, Adrian Owers, Angela Makepeace, Kathryn Daniels and the Help to Grow team will be there, showing attendees the benefits of working with Anglia Ruskin University, the different initiatives available for businesses, the opportunities they can get involved in and of course, the successes of our ABOVE awardees. 💰 Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, is investing up to £25 million in the best game changing and world leading ideas, designed for swift, successful commercialisation. 💡The Innovate UK Smart grant has focused scope and eligibility criteria to support micro, small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their partners in developing genuinely new innovations with significant potential for rapid economic return to the UK. The application process reflects the importance of obtaining economic benefits from public funding, and the potential for successful commercialisation, growth, and exports. Proposals must be business focused, and show deliverable, realistic, adequately resourced plans to achieve return on investment, growth and market share following project completion. LAST DAY TOMORROW! Calling all SME's based in the district of Harlow, Essex. Harlow Council has allocated funding through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to provide Digital Boost Grants of up to a maximum of £2,500 (match funded) to Harlow based businesses wanting to develop or improve their digital assets. This funding will support local businesses to adopt digital solutions that will: 💻develop or upgrade their digital presence to maximise their digital reach to potential customers 📈maximise sales and lay the foundation for long-term resilience 🕵️take steps to understand and protect against cyber security threats 🧠increase productivity and efficiency through the introduction of automated system e.g. AI and machine learning solutions Applications close at 5pm on 13 September 2024.
