    The Gartner LPP has been developed for taking best practices from around the world, combined with input from sales leadership and sales training, and is used as a platform in developing people for future sales leadership roles.

    The curriculum has been developed to provide content on sales leadership best practice and is structured around ten modules which cover topics such as Team Leadership, Developing Others, Review and Plan, Forecasting, Hiring Great Talent amongst others.

    Provided an understanding of how to quickly identify a prospect’s critical business issues, the problems that make the issues difficult to resolve and the solutions that the prospects will require.

    The training also helped understand how to recognize the unique value for prospects and ascertain the best possible solution.
