In Korn Ferry's UK&I Total Reward team's second 2024 LinkedIn survey, 'Managing pay in uncertain economic times", we asked about annual pay review budgets for 2023, 2024 and projection for 2025. Some interesting findings when we consider this on a compound basis over that period.
