Yes, maybe you'll come across some a**holes who tell you to f*ck off So what? Would you rather deprive all the businesses needing your expertise from access to it because you're scared of being told no? Sales and advertising aren't shameful professions. You need to take your light to the rest of the world. Look at all your existing case studies – every single one is a person or company who is better off from having known you. Why not make yourself known to others, some of which will turn into new case studies and happy clients? You'll make yourself and the world richer as a result. Well a referral system will give people the opportunity to refer people to you and for that you give them some reward. For example: You give a 5% discount on your monthly fee per client they bring in. 🔥 So now your existing customers will be able to be lead generators for you! In my opinion there are no downsides to having a referral system. It will never cost you if it doesn't bring in 💸 So Yes, you should use it, but don't make it your biggest priority. From the initial email, I thought it would be a straightforward project—update the design, add a few new features, and we’re done. SO many “How I built my personal brand” and “This is my LinkedIn” routine posts from SDRs… You are just getting empty views from them. Instead, interview your SMEs. Align 3 core topics with the buyer persona. Better yet, tie it to a movement. 2) Themify Think content tree; not content topics. Turn months into weekly themes. Geek out on 1 major “movement” Make noise → attract buyers → push out a bottom of the funnel post. This way you build a suspenseful story across posts. And buyers crave to know the ending. 3) Less CTA. More conversion-fueled endings. Doesn’t work: “Book an appointment with us!” Instead, <1-liner case study + transformation + End the post with an intense need to know more> Every content strategy brings views, But only some can bring in serious buyers. And answer isn’t in the latest trends, It’s in your offer and competitors’ selling points. Before you post again or find random leads... Fix the root cause of why it’s not working. So here is my definition 👉🏼 Demand generation is where businesses use content marketing to build and nurture relationships with potential customers. The term ‘demand generation’ is typically three fold, cultivating interest, educating the audience and establishing trust. What it means: 1. Company’s focus their content strategy on subject matter experts and key stakeholders, promoting the business through content online. 2. The realisation that old school sales tactics traction is slowing down 3. Inbound leads, hiring high quality talent and building trust with your audience is easier when your CEO / Founder is producing content online. What it does not mean: >> That current marketing tactics does not work. >> That current sales tactics do not work. It is not this versus that. Marketing changes and adds. It evolves.
