These videos include accessibility and AT tools from M365 and Win 11, as well as specialised tools like Dragon, R&W, and Mindview. Given our short attention spans, our platform employs microlearning strategies to enhance knowledge retention. I believe this solution could significantly benefit workforce of our clients. In discussions with our clients, we identified a gap in training when it comes to software adoption. There has been a drop in software uptake, despite providing training. When it comes to software training, online or face-to-face training often proves ineffective as knowledge of software features is mostly forgotten after the session. Our platform, on the other hand, offers a constantly updated library that can be accessed as needed, on the go.

Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference ’24 | Just as you thought the #LT24UK posts were done… This year was by FAR the most successful/busiest experience I've ever had at this event. From ideation to execution, Cassie and the team were absolutely unreal! There were debuts from Jack, Sam, and Theo. You would never have guessed it was their first time on the stand. You've probably all seen enough posts about how great it was on Thrive’s stand, so I’ll save the superlatives. We had over 1000 conversations on the stand this year. Three things that stood out to me were: ✨ AI ✨ It couldn’t be missed this year. While we did launch AI functionality, my stance was to pitch it as an enhancement to our already robust LMS/LXP functionality - features that enhance user experience or save admin time. This was crucial, as almost every conversation I had about someone’s experience with AI indicated that "AI is almost being forced on us/into the conversation this year. While it’s exciting, we REALLY need to see the fundamental functionality working (or fixed in some cases…) first." Don’t get me wrong, demoing our AI capabilities is much more fun than explaining how to create and assign recurring mandatory learning, but we can't lose sight of the essentials. It's the fundamentals that keep L&D teams happy. 📊 Reporting and Analytics 📊 Speaking of fundamentals, I heard some horror stories about reporting, with it either being inaccurate or inaccessible. While reporting is probably the least 'sexy' aspect of functionality, it's a vital requirement for all customers. Not being able to rely on or access the data you need is not only frustrating but can also cause issues beyond L&D. From an analytics standpoint, I had many conversations about the lack of meaningful analytics that really help support or inform strategic decisions. 🤝🏻 Service 🤝🏻 While it's not a functionality, it is the most important aspect, in my opinion. I had conversations with people who didn’t know what a CSM was, were being ignored by theirs, or had more open support tickets than users on their current platforms. This is simply not good enough. I was asked multiple times what sets us apart. It’s easy: our approach to partnerships with our customers. You bring a functionality checklist to almost every vendor, and there’d be decent parity between us all, but selling functionality isn’t what works anymore. Our Customer Power Hour was proof of partnership, with 20 customers taking over the stand to talk about their experiences working with Thrive. Outside of the conversations with new faces, it was great to see some familiar ones and finally meet others in person! #LearningTechnologies #Innovation #ThriveAI #EdTech
