What if you’re leaving fees on the table by not doing off market to the best of your ability? Off market transactions represent 23% of all Real Estate transactions across London (data from Hamptons). You could be commanding stronger prices in selling an exclusive product (all agents know the “they’re discretely marketing because they’d only consider selling for the right price”) and increasing your access to serious buyers. One of our partner agents agreed a flat £100k above asking last week after 10 Invisible Homes enquiries from serious buyers who weren’t on their books, despite being a VERY strong and established agent.
